Positioning & wedge
Define who you serve, the wedge you own, and the words that move them. Walk away with a one-page positioning brief.
A 6-week coaching program for early-stage founders who want to move faster, with conviction.
Live sessions, weekly office hours, and a tight peer group of 20 founders. Build the operating system for your company alongside people who get it.
Founder Cohort is built for three kinds of operators in the messy early stage.
You've left a job to build something. You have an MVP or first users, and you need structure to stop spinning and start compounding.
You can ship anything, but sales, fundraising, and hiring still feel foreign. You want a playbook and a peer group that speaks both languages.
Your first idea didn't work. You're rebuilding conviction and refining a new wedge, and you want sharp feedback before you commit another year.
Each week pairs a live session with a working assignment and a small-group review.
Define who you serve, the wedge you own, and the words that move them. Walk away with a one-page positioning brief.
Run a structured 10-conversation sprint. Learn how to ask, listen, and synthesize signal from noise.
Build a pricing model you can defend and a repeatable outbound motion to land your first paying customers.
Translate insight into a 90-day roadmap. Pick the metric that matters and design your team's weekly cadence around it.
Build a deck and a story that compounds across investor meetings. Pitch live and get feedback from operators who've raised.
Design the rituals, hires, and personal cadence that will carry you through the next 12 months. Leave with a founder operating doc.

Real words from past cohorts.
"[Testimonial placeholder] The six weeks felt like a year of compressed lessons. I left with a roadmap, a pricing model, and a peer group I still talk to weekly."
"[Testimonial placeholder] I came in stuck on positioning and walked out with our first 10 paying customers. The feedback from the room was sharper than any advisor I'd hired."
"[Testimonial placeholder] Worth every hour. The fundraising week alone paid for the program — we closed our seed two months after the cohort ended."
Plan for roughly 5 hours per week: a 90-minute live session, a 60-minute small-group review, and the rest spent on the weekly assignment applied directly to your company.
Fully remote. Live sessions run over Zoom and are scheduled to accommodate founders across the Americas and Europe. Recordings are available for anything you miss.
Most founders we accept are pre-seed to seed: full-time on the company, with an MVP, first users, or early revenue. We occasionally accept exceptional pre-product founders.
Tuition is $3,500 per founder. We offer need-based scholarships for underrepresented founders — mention this in your application and we'll follow up.
We review applications on a rolling basis and reply within one week. If it looks like a fit, we'll book a 20-minute call to make sure the program is right for where you are.
Fall 2026 cohort starts Sept 8. Applications close Aug 22.
